
I've been living alone for almost 4 months, which means I've already got used to having dinner by myself. I have a variety stock of instant noodles. My breakfast is yogurt, lunch--instant noodles and one egg, supper--one or two pieces of chocolates or some junk food in my hand at the time. Today, I cooked beef and Sushi, although I had to eat them by myself as usual. This kind of beef which has been sliced is a common food when you have hot-pot. You can buy it at any super-market in China. The cooking steps are easy for everyone. You just need to boil the beef and put them with peppers and green onion. Then pour the sauce (including sugar, salt, vineger, soy sauce and also oyster juice) and stir all the materials well. At last you can enjoy your delicious oyster oil beaf. Tastes good!

Sushi is a very popular food in Japan, which is also considered to be healthy food. I heard that especially Amercian people focus on Sushi with great passion. It's made of rice, vineger, egg, sea weed and also you can use sausage, shrimps as you like. First you need to get the rice steamed and stir the rice with the Sushi vineger. Sushi vineger is made from sugar and white vinegar. The propotion of sugar and white vinegar is 1:5. Then you can start to make delicious Sushi. By the way, a special bamboo sushi mat is also neccessary for making Sushi. Put the bamboo sushi mat at the bottom and a piece of sea weed on it. Then lay rice on the sea weed and fried egg and other materials. Then put rice again above all the materials. At last, use the bamboo sushi mat to roll up all the materials. Then use knife to cut it into small cantlets. Enjoy your self-made Sushi.
